The Center for the Prevention of Harassment and Discrimination (CPHD) is committed to ensuring that all individuals can fully participate in SDSU’s programs and activities free from discrimination, harassment, sexual misconduct, sexual exploitation, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking, and retaliation. In accordance with the Interim CSU Nondiscrimination Policy, as well as state and federal law, CPHD endeavors to resolve complaints and provide comprehensive support to all members of the campus community.
